Villa Aulneau is a 157 unit independent living residence that offers month to month leases for persons seeking an “all inclusive lifestyle” promoting a healthy and stimulating way of life. 

Villa Aulneau’s sister complex, Résidence Despins, is a supportive housing and independent living residential complex located nearby in the heart of St. Boniface.

Both Villa Aulneau and Résidence Despins are owned and managed by Despins Charities Inc., which is part of the Catholic Health Network.

Should the need arise, residents at Villa Aulneau and those residing in the independent living wing at Résidence Despins can request to  move to the supportive housing units at Résidence Despins, subject to  suite availability.
